We are pleased to inform our patients that our systems are now fully back online. On Friday, 19th July 2024, our clinical systems were impacted by a global IT outage, limiting our practice’s ability to operate at full capacity.
Despite these challenges, we did not cancel any patient-facing services, and all scheduled appointments were attended to as planned. Our team worked diligently to manage and clear the administrative backlog caused by the outage.
We sincerely thank all our patients for their understanding and support during this time. Your patience has been greatly appreciated as we worked to resolve these issues.
