Patient Participation Group (PPG)
About the Patient Group
The Primrose Hill Patient Participation Group (PPG) was formed in 2013.
- To foster effective communication between the practice and its registered patients
- To encourage patient engagement in the development of the practice
A small voluntary committee of patients works to establish a communication route between the surgery and its patients, and to help the surgery in encouraging patients to take responsibility for their own health. We aim to both challenge and support the practice, telling them what it is like to be on the receiving end of services.
We organise regular open meetings at Primrose Hill Community Library for patients to hear directly from our local doctors about what they offer, and from expert speakers on health issues.
The PPG also informs members about opportunities to have input into other local health services through surveys, meetings or taking part in specialist groups.
We would like as wide a representation as possible in our list, patients of all ages, backgrounds and ethnicity are welcome.
The PPG would like to encourage patients at Primrose Hill Surgery to help gather information on the impact that Covid-19 has had on our daily lives which will be feed back to the health minister. Please take a few minutes to complete the survey linked below picture.
